I get what youre trying to do, with structuring your rhyme schemes etc. But rapping is a bit nuanced, and rapping off beat doesnt sound bad, what if your rapping to a melody with very little beat or just a beat thats really fast the rules cant be fixed for those kinda circumstances. Similar to how on FL studio having the beat be too on timing can make the beat feel like it lacks soul, with micro swinging moments in beween can help the song feel real, that's why I never quantize when playing on the midi drum, EDM maybe but not HipHop and RnB. I can see this helping for when you starting out, but to develop you need to experiment with different cadences and flows, like sometimes being off beat or going outta harmony can actually sound right
